Ben Lomond has a quarterly community newsletter (approximatley 12 pages) that is produced under the auspices of Ben Lomond Landcare Group and published through a group "Ben Lomond Information and Newsletter Group BLING".
The next edition will be out on 12th December then March 2008.
The newsletter covers the following topics: Contributions by advertisers to assit us in our printing costs.
Distribution: 250
T:o Ben Lomond, Guyra, Glen Innes, Glencoe, Llangothlin, Wandsworth and distribution via a $10.00 per annum subscription to: Ben Lomond, Central Coast, Dorrigo, Guyra, Glen Innes, Glencoe, Llangothlin, Nambucca Heads, Wandsworth, England, Scotland, UK, New Zealand. The newsletter is produced on a voluntary basis by Elizabeth Kerry and Beth White who write, edit and do layout and design. It has become a valuable community resource. If you would like a photo of the front page of the newsletter to insert in the website, please contact me so I can arrange to send you a copy of our latest edition.

Ben Lomond Landcare Group Inc.that meets each quarter. Our AGM held in March of each year and new members are welcome. Landcare current activities:

In 2008 we have more activities yet to be confirmed.
We also have photos and details about past projects including the Railway restoration project.

Ben Lomond Memorial Hall

The Hall has undertaken many activites including "Saluting our Soldiers" project in 2006. The Hall had service photographs restored and framed and are now on display at the hall.
The Hall is also used for community meetings, school events, catering for interest groups and community social events.

Ben Lomond P&C Association.

The P&C is very active and raises funds for the school. Fundraising includes activities such as "Poo drives" which invloves going out to a shearing sheds and bagging sheep dung for sale on the coast. Photographs of this are available.
