On the Carnarvon Highway on the south side of Mungindi is the History Park.
This museum has a large collection of machinery and other items of historical interest to the Mungindi District. To visit the museum, you will need to check on the opening hours for the day you will be in the town, but for history buffs of this type, the museum is well worth the visit. |
